A Message from our HOA President Tina Frymyer
Regarding the 4th Annual Summer Party on July 10th, 2010
The Summer Splash Party held on Saturday, July 10th,was attended by over 50 households and 150-200 people. The pleasant weather, combined with the great food and music resulted in a really fun event for residents!
Drawings for Gift Certificates and prizes totaling $250 were awarded throughout the evening. My thanks to the littlest residents who helped me by drawing the winning tickets. The winners were:

This event was made possible by the hard work of the social committee led by Scott Shephard. Thanks to Greg Pershing for providing the smoker and thank you to Mike Frymyer and “Bandit” for providing the music. We look forward to the next social event and hope that even more families will participate!

HO! HO! HO! Santa and Sleigh Rides!
Santa visited the Bedford Downs, Foxfield and Foxfield
Estates subdivision on December 12th from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM in the
Pleasant Ridge Elementary School parking lot. Sleigh rides and
visits with Santa were first come, first served. There were
goodies to eat and drink as well. It was a HUGE success yet again
with over 140 visitors.
Thanks to all of our residents and volunteers for making this a great
experience.

A huge thanks goes to Janet for designing and planting
our perennial garden at the Rosehill and Gillette islands off 119th
Street. Before the sprinklers were activated, Janet brought water by the
jug and hand watered the plants. But, the garden isn't finished! More
plants will be added in the spring. If you'd like to help, we need you! E-mail

Swimming
pool news
The Pool will be open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day
weekend.
Pool hours:
10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.
9:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Pool phone: 402-0263
We have done some minor repair work, replacing tiles, etc. Take a moment
to say thanks to Kevin Morris and Scott Shepherd for their hard work on
the pool committee.
