The Bedford Downs Homes Association annually publishes a
resident directory. The directory is compiled, printed and distributed to
every current Foxfield, Foxfield Estate and Bedford Downs resident.
Directory availability is strictly limited to these subdivision residents.
A directory, along with a complete set of HOA regulations (subdivision
specific) and various blank request forms, are given to every new resident
within approximately 90 days of moving into their home. These documents
(except for the directory) are also online.
If you have not received a directory, complete the following form and
we'll have one delivered to your home right away. Please allow several
weeks for delivery. We are dependent on volunteers for directory
distribution. You may follow up on a directory request by contacting the board
president.
If an error has been made regarding your entry in a past directory, please
complete our directory update form for
correction in the next publication.

without your permission. And we will use your contact information only for
HOA-related business.
